Refund Policy 

Simply use the My Real Income program and if for some reason it does not provide you with ANY benefits then we will refund the price of the product.

We can only accept refund request through support@myrealincome.com, and you must include your username. Before requesting a refund the following conditions need to be met:

  1. Used the My Real Income program correctly for a minimum of 14 days
  2. You must upload a website using the instructions contained within the My Real Income programme and provide the My Real Income Customer Support team with a valid URL.
  3. Contacted Customer Support via support@myrealincome.com for help and advice
  4. Follow the advice given by Customer Support
  5. You are asking for a refund within 4 weeks (30 days).

 

In the highly unlikely event that you do require a full refund, we will require the following::

  1. Your Full Name
  2. Your Email Address
  3. Your CCBill Order ID Number (this will be on your order receipt which is emailed to you shortly after purchase).
  4. Your Website URL or other proof that you actually followed the instructions in the My Real Income program

Please note: The refund period is limited to 1 month (30 Days).

All the conditions MUST be met for you to receive a refund – no exceptions.
